World Rugby is relaunching and rebranding the international 7s circuit as the HSBC SVNS, with a smaller season and revamped schedule.
In announcing the new schedule today World Rugby touted the new plan, HSBC SVNS, as being "set to supercharge rugby’s global appeal as the ultimate festival of immersive experiences."
Editor’s Note: It has taken me some time to post this article because … well there’s other stuff going on and also because I had to talk to several people to get all the right information.
