The LA Sevens is back but with a new date and a new impact on the SVNS World Series.

For 2025 LA will be the host of the SVNS Championship tournament, so the season champs will be crowned at Dignity Health Sports Park for both men and women.

In addition, there will be the requalification tournament. The teams ranked 9th through 12th in the World Series will play in a tournament against the top four teams looking to get into the SVNS circuit.

So there will be four tournaments: Championship Men, Championship Women, Requalification Men, Requalification Women, with Olympic stars and world rugby stars.

All held over two days.

The World Culture aspects of the LA Sevens that highlighted the tournament in 2023 and before will be back.The old hospitality sections (100 Club and Captain’s VIP Lounge) are back. LA will be beautiful in May and organizers promise a fun, thrilling event all weekend.
