West Coast 7s Returns for Leg #1
The West Coast 7s is back for this fall again and this series is most definitely a major part of the collegiate 7s calendar after a slowdown in the early 2020s thanks to COVID.
Now in its third year after its comeback, the 1st leg of the 2026 West Coast 7s at Dignity Health Sports Park features eight programs.
With Heavy Hearts, Saint Mary's Takes the Field for One of Their Own
The thing everyone seems to miss is the smile.
No matter what was going on, Dominic Peterson was all smiles. Saint Mary's Men's Rugby Head Coach Tim O'Brien indulged in a bit of self-teasing, saying "I'll get annoyed with things and all I could say to Dom was, 'stop smiling so much!'"
