February brings World Rugby’s adjustments to the Rugby Laws in the Northern Hemisphere.
Most of the changes this year as minor and won’t affect players all very much.
The replacement laws for front row players have been changed only slightly and one part (uncontested scrums) separated out into its own section.
World Rugby has unveiled its new international rankings for women's rugby.
Having run rankings for men's international 15s for years, the international governing body has decided to rank women's national 15s teams, too.
World Rugby expanded the 2015-2016 HSBC World Rugby Women’s Sevens Series to five tournaments once more, assing a fifth and final stop at Clermont-Ferrand in France on May 28-29.
The late-May stop will be the final test for each nation’s qualifying women’s sevens team before they head to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for the 2016 Summer Olympic Games.
