GRR: Scholz Award
There are two polls for voting for the 2019-2020 Rudy Scholz Award—one is for team coaches and leaders, with one vote per college team, and the other is for anyone who is a fan of rugby in the USA to vote for a candidate.
We've put together a series of clips of some of the plays that prompted these 18 players to be nominated for the 2019-2020 Scholz Award.

The nominees for the 2019-2020 Rudy Scholz Award have been confirmed.
Following fan voting and nominations put forth by the Scholz Award Committee of coaches and experts, The list this year is larger than usual—18 players—and that is a function of the rugby shutdown halting playoffs, which is usually when certain players make an even stronger case for themselves.
The Rudy Scholz Award is given by the Washington Athletic Club of Seattle every year to the best Men's College rugby player in the USA.
Goff Rugby Report Editor Alex Goff works with the WAC to select the winner, which is chosen through a combination of votes by the rugby public, college rugby teams, and a selection panel.
It's that time again, as we start to think who might be the top college rugby players in the country.
That would be the Rudy Scholz Award for men and the MA Sorensen Award for women. The awards are selected by a combination of fan voting, coach voting, and a panel of experts.
