NCR All-Star Tournament Set to Kick Off Saturday
NCR's men's all-star championship kicks off Saturday in Atlanta with a bit of a new look.
The pool-play format has shifted to a bracket format, with eight teams playing in the quarterfinals and semifinals on Saturday. Those games will be shortened, and then everyone will play a placement game on Sunday that will be a bit longer.

Flyhalf is an enormously important position in D2 college.
While at higher divisions teams can find a variety of ways to have their decison-maker be involved (combined 10-15, run attack through 9, use a five-eighth system, or work the forward pods more aggressively), generally in D2 you need your most-skilled and best decision-maker in a #10 jersey.
