High School Girls
Atavus, the country’s leading provider of high performance, community and rugby coach education, is going “All In” to support the ongoing growth of the game during USA 7s week in Las Vegas. The Atavus team will be in Las Vegas all week hosting a variety of events and activities to support youth, high school and high performance rugby.

Fallbrook defeated View Park to win the Southern California Girls 7s championships this past weekend.
The Utah Lions Rugby Academy has been hard at work preparing for what is expected to be an incredibly tough set of elite divisions for the u18 boys and girls.
The Rugby Texas girls HS season is at its halfway point, and Plano has rocketed to the lead.
The teams play 7s to make sure that all teams can make the numbers, and play a series of small tournaments. Plano swept the field on Saturday in Austin, getting pushed by Kingwood but beating Alamo Heights, Woodlands, and Pharr with convincing scores.
It's a small but intense season in Hawaii Girls HS league, and the Kahuku Lady Raiders are ready.
Kahuku faced off this Kalihi, their longtime rivals, Saturday, and came away 25-5 winners.
Playing a fast-paced game, the Lady Raiders got two tries from Kawai Akina and one each from Shan Keaweehu, Gigi Filipo-Maiva, and Niusina Auelua.
View Park, Fallbrook, Centennial, and Mira Costa have all been showing well in the Southern California Girls season, which is concentrating on 7s in the winter.
The Atlantis All-Star program has named the 24 players to be part of its Girls U18/U16 teams for the Las Vegas Invitational.
This team will be part of the NAHS 7s elite-level HS 7s series, which will also include the NAI 7s in Salt Lake City, and other tournaments as the series grows.
USA U20 Women's Head Coach Will Snape said he is starting to see better skilled players trying out for the team.
Fifty-two teams will play in the Kickoff Tournament in Sacramento this weekend.
Run by Ray Schwartz, the two-day tournament is a massive event to get the season started for teams from all over Northern California plus a few from elsewhere. This is the 33rd time that the KOT has been held.

Known additionally as the Sacramento Police Athletic League team, the Amazons bring a ton of power to their game. This year, they’ve added a middle-school team to help feed the program.
