Established in 2008 by Robbie Deans, the Academy has long been a hub for elite player and coach development.

The US Rugby Foundation is seeking a new CEO.

Currently Jon Hinkin has been serving as both CEO and Chief Operations Officer. It is in that second role, COO, that Hinkin carries the most expertise and it was always the intention to find a CEO to take on the role. The COO is in charge of implementing the USRF programs, while the CEO heads up fundraising.
