Apply To Be On The Scholz Or Sorensen Award Panel
It's that time again, as we start to think who might be the top college rugby players in the country.
That would be the Rudy Scholz Award for men and the MA Sorensen Award for women. The awards are selected by a combination of fan voting, coach voting, and a panel of experts.
Emily Henrich Wins Sorensen Award
Dartmouth College center Emily Henrich, already capped by the USA as a freshman, has won the MA Sorensen Award as the top women’s college player of 2018-19.
Henrich, who earned her first USA cap in November against New Zealand, has entered college rugby and not missed a step after being a high school standout for Orchard Park in New York, and with the select touring side Atlantis.
