With news of the 2nd annual NCR All-Star tournament out, teams are looking to comb their regions for players.

The Great Lakes regional all-star team is looking for talented players, perhaps from teams that don't win conferences or make the playoffs, to try out.

Players of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and West Virginia are eligible to play for the Great Lakes team.

The Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference small-college scene is a little confused because the small-college teams mix up with the D2 teams, but the top smaller teams are coming to the fore.

Susquehanna, Penn State Berks, Widener, Catholic, and Gettysburg are all still undefeated and could well all make a splash on the national scene.
