GRR: Major League Rugby
Old Glory is continuing its community outreach with several events this weekend in the DC area.
There will be Youth Clinics at West Potomac HS on Sunday, Feb 23 at 9am (hosted by Fort Hunt), at Cavalier Lacrosse Park Noon (hosted by Loudoun Rugby), and Albert Einstein School (at 3PM) (hosted by Bethesda).
These youth events will be free to all participants.
Alex and Bruce talk the opening weekend of Major League Rugby, and touch on how you construct a team and a philosophy that results in winning.

One of the more surprising pieces of news to circulate through Major League Rugby was the sale of the newly-named Austin Herd to an Australian company and the renaming of the team to the Austin Gilgronis.
The MLR Weekend in Las Vegas will partner with USA Rugby to be part of the National Development Tour.
All registrants will also get weekend tickets to the games at Sam Boyd Stadium.
The National Development Tour event Feb 14-16 will be held at Sam Boyd Stadium, where the MLR games will be, and include presentations by:

Major League Rugby kicks off in a few weeks, and the league will make a big entrance into a new market with a series of games in Las Vegas.
