Cal made it official this weekend with two lopsided victories to finish PAC Rugby Conference play 5-0.
The Bears have won the conference, but of course will not participate in the DIA postseason as the Bears have opted, instead, to play in the Varsity Cup.
Cal will be in Vancouver, BC this weekend to look to get a revenge victory over the UBC Thunderbirds and take the two-game series between the two teams.
Cal lost 28-17 in Berkeley in February, but it wasn't a total disaster as the Bears trailed 28-3 late in the game before a series of penalties against the Thunderbirds led to converted two Cal tries in the final three minutes.
