The figure of Anthony Salaber has always been a little bit of a weird one.
At 6-5, even in high school he looked like a lock, striding in that long stride of his, looking more like an elk eating up ground with a loping stride than a jackrabbit scampering, zig-zaggedly through the underbrush.

Cal has won its fourth-straight CRC, dominating the final 40 minutes of play at Talen Energy Stadium in Chester, Pa.
The games for Sunday were all moved up a couple of hours to avoid impending thunderstorms, so play started at 8am and Cal played their Cup Quarterfinal at 8:22.
Pool Play is over at the Men’s CRC Saturday and the teams that have been there before showed their class.
BERKELEY (Cal Rugby Release) – Jack Clark, a football and rugby player for the Golden Bears from 1976-78 who has won 26 combined national collegiate championships since becoming head rugby coach for the Golden Bears in 1984, will be inducted into the University of California Athletic Hall of Fame this autumn.
