Atavus, the country’s leading provider of high performance, community and rugby coach education, is going “All In” to support the ongoing growth of the game during USA 7s week in Las Vegas. The Atavus team will be in Las Vegas all week hosting a variety of events and activities to support youth, high school and high performance rugby.

During the middle of the University of Washington football team’s superb run through the fall, starting linebacker Psalm Wooching had already made a decision - this would be his final football season.

The former Kona Bull rugby player in high school, who played both football and rugby at UW, decided he was not going to make himself available for the NFL draft. He had other plans.

USA U20 Women's Head Coach Will Snape said he is starting to see better skilled players trying out for the team.

The Girls HS All Americans powered by Atavus went 3-0 in ay One of the Girls European U18 7s Championships, beating Ireland, Russia, and Germany to win Pool C in Vichy, France.

The GHSAA team beat Germany 29-5, Ireland 33-5, and Russia 40-0 to make the quarterfinals.

In the QFs, the Americans will take on Wales, which finished 2nd behind Spain in Pool B.

The Women’s Collegiate All Americans finished 2nd in the ATAVUS Women’s Elite 7s in Infinity Park last weekend, losing in the final to an Eagle-lade Scion team, but the experience was a useful one nonetheless.
