GRR: Rankings
This is how GoffRugbyReport will vote in this week's DIA rankings.
There are some teams that moved up but who didn't make the top 40, such as Syracuse, Boston College, and Northeastern. Illinois moved up thanks to a very close loss, while your biggest movers are Utah State (crushed Wyoming), and Minnesota (beat Purdue).
This is how GRR Editor Alex Goff is voting in the D1A rankings this week.

We're pretty excited about Kutztown and Clemson and Ohio State logged noticeable results.
Here are our HS Select-Side rankings for JV boys teams —also known as Tier 2.
We looked at how teams performed in the tournaments and gave some losing teams credit for close losses. But if you are inconsistent, that drops you down.
Well it's time to rank the 15-a-side Boys HS all-star teams.
As usual, this is difficult to do because it means judging the relative strength of only a few tournaments.
We look at margin of victory, and consistency. Teams tha compete in more than one all-star event and do well get a little extra.
This is wha we came up with:
The Moose Rugby Grounds in Elkhart, Ind. will serve as the venue for this weekend’s Midwest Boys HS Championships.
Eight teams will compete in the Super Bracket, while ten teams participate in the Open Bracket.
