Currently Jon Hinkin has been serving as both CEO and Chief Operations Officer. It is in that second role, COO, that Hinkin carries the most expertise and it was always the intention to find a CEO to take on the role. The COO is in charge of implementing the USRF programs, while the CEO heads up fundraising.
