Next week, Pro Rugby North America is expected to outline plans for a new professional rugby competition in the USA.
The competition was expected to include USA and Canadian teams, but apparently will be only US-based teams for 2016. The company running the league - PRO Rugby North America - is headed up Douglas Schoninger out of New York City.
