After receiving and reviewing a record number of 27 college scholarship applications for the 14 2019-20 college scholarships on offer, the U.S. Rugby Foundation has announced this year's scholarship recipients.
The USA Rugby reorganization plan is apparently revising its timeline after some somewhat positive news at the end of January.
USA Rugby has announced its 2020 Performance Squad for the Women’s National Team XVs. Featuring 35-players, the squad serves as the top tier of the program’s player pool structure, named annually, which also includes an Extended Squad and a Watchlist.

Glory almost returned to the USA Men’s 7s team, but certainly their level of play is back.
Stopped from a place in the final only thanks to a strong performance by South Africa, the Eagles finished the Sydney 7s in 3rd place, having beaten Scotland, Japan, Australia, and, finally, England; all of those victories were in a dominant fashion.
Looking better than they have in a while, the USA Men's 7s team is 2-0 going into Day Two at the Sydney 7s.
With a tournament played in blistering heat, the Eagles managed to handle it better than most, despite captain Ben Pinkelman's protestations after having to make two big runs in the worst of it.
