North Carolina and Life University opened up the first season of the East Coast Development XVs Cup, with Life’s 2nd side beating UNC 83-22 on the weekend.
This week saw most teams in D1A put together results that were, in general, expected.
New Orleans Jesuit, Strake Jesuit,and Dallas Jesuit all won in the Texas/Louisiana Cup this week.
For New Orleans defeated St. Thomas out of Houston 36-12 in a nice bounce-back after last week's non-conference loss to Florida club Okapi. After the Okapi loss Head Coach Adam Massey had said there were some positives to take away from the game.
University of San Diego remains atop the California D1AA after an impressive 42-9 defeat of Claremont Colleges.
USD, Chico State, and Stanford all won in-conference over the weekend and that leaves us with standings that look like this:

Excitement all-around in the Northern California single-school league as we had four games this past weekend.
Jesuit vs St. IgnatiusJesuit held off St. Ignatius 29-26 in a dramatic one. Coming off a nice win on Week 1, St. Ignatius got three tries from No. 8 Flynn O'Connell and gave the Marauders trouble.
