Getting a Pan-American rugby competition done is no easy feat.
There hasn’t been anything approaching a full-international, cross-continental competition since 2003. And that was the nice but was done in a week and involved just four teams.
Westlake looks to be favored in the Texas HS playoffs this weekend, but this is a region always poised for an upset.
Kingwood came on strong late to make the playoffs, and Woodlands, and Lake Travis have also hit their form at the right time. All eyes are on Westlake, however.

The event features the return of two-time defending champion, St. John’s University (Collegeville, MN) looking for a 3-peat. The Johnnies will face Mount St. Mary's University (Emmitsburg, MD) in the first semifinal at 1:00PM MDT.
