The University of Oregon controlled the tempo and field position and put a stranglehold on Western Washington to win the Northeast Collegiate Rugby Conference championship game 31-3 Saturday.
Florida Atlantic moved to 6-0 in the Florida DIAA Conference with a 27-12 defeat of Florida International. Spencer Gray’s goalkicking was a key part of FAU’s charge, as he picked them up after a slow start with two key penalty goals in the second half, and 12 points in total.
