07.02.2025 - Alex Goff

And we have finished it up.

Here are our props and hookers in our Top DII players of the season.

We are getting a few notes on players we might have missed, and we might have an update, but overall, this is it.

Here's the full list:

The USA U23s beat the UXI Invitational XV at Western Province in South Africa 41-12 on a muddy Wednesday afternoon.

This was had open subs and featured an opponent drawn from the UXI Western Province International Rugby Institute. So there were a lot of similarities between the two teams—both full of talent, both made up of players that had just started playing together.

The USA U23 men are opening their South Africa tour with tomorrow's matchup against Western Province.

Officially it's a UXI Sport International XV. UXI Sport runs an academy at the Western Province union HQ.

Boise State University's men's team has confirmed that they will be re-joining NCR this coming season after a year off.

The move brings up a continuing issue for teams in various parts of the country—who can you play?

Certainly the NCR-USA Rugby split makes that discussion even more difficult, but geographic isolation is a real thing regardless.

We're back with more top players from Men's DII College Rugby.

Here is the list of locks.

We have 18 picked for second row, which is a little lower than what you'd expect if the positions were distributed evenly, but it's not that much lower.

The player leading the way here is Ray Santiago. He may well be the top player in DII rugby.
