Longtime American rugby referee and champion of the game Pat McNally has died.
McNally, who played rugby at Cal State Long Beach in the late 1970s and early 1980s was an energetic and well-liked rugby referee who maintained good humor even when others didn't.
GLENDALE, CO, (March 9, 2021) – USA Rugby today posted updated Return to Play Guidelines for coaches and club administrators looking to host rugby activities through the current climate of COVID-19. While a return to normalcy looks to be on the horizon, the pandemic continues to impact our communities, therefore return to rugby plans must remain adapted with safe protocols.
