The MA Sorensen Award, sponsored by the Washington Athletic Club in Seattle, is heavily represented this week in the USA Women’s Stars & Stripes assembly.

Not only are four of the five winners active, they have key leadership roles as well.

The only Sorensen Award winner not in the assembly is the 2020 recipient, Spiff Sedrick, who is still in school.

ADRIAN, Mich.(Adrian College Announcement) —Adrian College director of athletics Michael Duffy has announced that women’s rugby will be a varsity program that will be added next fall to the Bulldogs intercollegiate sports lineup, which is nearing the 50 mark.

The National Intercollegiate Rugby Association, the NCAA varsity women's rugby league, will suspend play for the fall in its DI competition.

the National Intercollegiate Rugby Association (NIRA) DII league has suspended its regular season and its playoffs for this coming fall.

The decision was made in part because the member institutions, and the sporting conferences they compete in with other sports, have announced they won't be plying sports.
