As exhausting as traditional rugby can be, there is no doubt that 7s requires an even bigger gas tank, testing every player’s limits; at American International College, Head Coach Rob Guiry makes sure that his players are fit and ready for the physical demands that come along with 7s.

The Southern Conference is all set for the conference final 7s tournament at Furman on the 22nd after last Saturday’s final leg.

This Sunday AIC Men’s Rugby took the early morning trip to play in the 7th annual Lt. Scott Milley Memorial 7s tournament, hosted by the University of New Hampshire.  This annual tournament is put together in memory of Lt. Scott Milley, a former UNH rugby player that was killed in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2010.
