Lindenwood 3rd at Uni 7s
Lindenwood University finished an impressive 3rd in the Red Bull World Uni 7s finals Saturday in Bath, England.
The hosts, Bath University, won for the second year in a row. Lindenwood opened up against Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour from France, and won that game 29-12. They then took on Bath, and played the defending champs tough, but lost 27-19.

The Denver 7s team won the Serevi RugbyTown 7s this past weekend, just getting by the Ramblin' Jesters in the semis and Glendale in the final.
Lindenwood Wins Uni 7s
Lindenwood University went 5-0 Friday to win the Red Bull Uni 7s and book a trip to Bath, England for the world finals.
The Lions defeated Utah Valley University 29-7, Clemson 40-0, and finished off pool play with a win over Wyoming. That set up a clash with Utah, which Lindenwood came back to win, and then in the final they held off a determined Arizona State 26-10.
Exciting Field for Red Bull Uni 7s
Glendale, Colo. - August 25 sees eight college rugby teams clash at Infinity Park in Glendale, Colo. for the USA qualifying round for the Red Bull Uni 7s tournament.
