National Collegiate Rugby has hired Pat Clifton to run the organization’s 7s competitions as its 7s Commissioner, and the hiring certainly seems to be a decent fit.

After a highly successful New York 7s campaign that saw the Met NY Collegiate Selects go undefeated to win the Cup, scoring 182 pts and allowing just 42 in 5 games, the AC Rugby Foundation has looked to expand its outreach by backing a collegiate selects 15s team.
