The DII men’s college national playoff picture is clearing, somewhat. We’ve got some insight, so here goes:
When and WhereOn the weekend of November 14 there will be the play-in weekend. For many teams this means an intra-conference playoffs, while for others this means a play-in between two lower-seeded conferences. These games are held throughout the country.

In perhaps the biggest upset of the weekend in Men’s DII College rugby, RPI defeated Vassar.
It wasn’t so much the fact that Rensselaer Polytechnic won the game, but the fact that the scoreline was 56-14. RPI is just outside the Goff Rugby Report rankings, while Vassar was ranked #28.
Salve Regina is the only undefeated team left in the Colonial Coast Men's DII college conference after handing Johnson & Wales a 52-0 defeat to move to 5-0.
Salve dominated possession and continually forced turnovers, and defended well when Johnson & Wales had the ball they defended with patience.
