Six D1A men's college teams were in action Saturday along with two other D1 programs as we saw some movement in the Mid-South and a bit of a surprise result in Washington state.

It wasn't really a surprise in that Life has only lost to Lindenwood once (albeit earlier this season) in 15s, and often plays very well at Lindenwood. This is what happened on Saturday night. Life came in girded for payback and edged Lindenwood 32-26.

The Wildcats took care of Grand Canyon 62-20, leading 55-3 after about 55 minutes and then seeing GCU score some late tries to close it up.
