A tall loose forward who gets around the field and hits about as hard as any player in the country, Sumsion is the captain of BYU, and, as fans know, the Cougars won the Varsity Cup and finished the season ranked #1 by GRR.

Even then, they do compete when it comes to who can train harder, who practices better, but the twin brothers and flanker for 5-1 Regis Jesuit are the consummate teammates on the field.

Hayden Warneke, Kent, Wash.

The Kent Crusaders hooker led his team to a wild 41-35 victory over Budd Bay. A leader in the breakdown and an accurate lineout thrower, Warneke also unleashed some nice open-field running and passing skills as he helped put his team in playoff position.
