Ohio State University defeated Lindenwood-Belleville to take the Mooseman 7s at Middle Tennessee State University Saturday.

It was a long and grueling tournament for many, and keeping up the pace through the day wasn't easy. Lindenwood-Belleville did well to finish strong as they rebounded from an early pool loss to Alabama to beat the Tide 24-5 in the semis. Kentucky put in a solid day, beating Southern Illinois and MSU II in pool play (as well as losing to OSU), and then shutting out Louisville 24-0 in th quarters. 

In the semis, Ohio State edged Kentucky 19-17 thanks to one additional conversion. But in the final, it was almost all Ohio State as the Buckeyes beat L-B 29-12. The Lynx hung tough much of the day, but the Buckeyes were too deep.
