Goff Rugby Report is launching its 3-Stars initiative.

This is a way of tracking top performers in high school rugby by asking coaches to name the Top 3 Stars in each game they coach. We ask that coaches do this for opposition players as well as their own. The individual responses will be kept private, but the overall numbers will be tracked.

Each week we will feature some of the top stars, and each month we will name the players who get the most mentions.

The 3 Stars model is based on hockey, with the top three players of a game getting a mention, with the #1 star being the player of the game. We have expanded it to include three players from each team—habitually in hockey the # Stars include two from the winning team and one from the losing team (not always, but usually).

This is also a way to send us game reports, photos, and info on your team.
