GRR: Rankings
What a weekend of results.
We have spoken the last two years about parity in D1A, highlighted in part by the fact that the last three seasons have produced three different champions. This year the parity is on full display. No one team has a perfect record. No one team has a tight grasp on #1. Any team could emerge as a majo player in the playoffs.
While this past week's results didn't really change the top rankings, we do have some shifts further down in our Spring D1AA Top 25.
Well we did see a bunch of changes in the HS Club Top 50.
Not at the top. Charlotte Cardinals were brilliant in the Carolina Ruggerfest and they don't budge. People seem to be a bit wary of playing The Woodlands, which is a shame. They deserve some challenges, so if you're looking for a game this year, hit them up.
We're coming to the end of the period where some teams play a lot and others don't.
The biggest thing about this week's rankings is pretty clear—who should be #1?
We had Cal #1 because they had started really well on the West Coast and beat Arizona, UCLA, and then UBC. But Cal then lost to Navy.
