And he might be a little discouraged given that there wasn’t a real standout at the CRC, and the winning teams in the Elite City 7s were those that had the most experience, and were already identified.

Houston, Texas – The United States will once again be represented by both an east coast and west coast team at Premiership Rugby’s World Club Sevens this year after Seattle defeated San Diego in the inaugural Elite City Sevens Final Saturday.
