The Australian national team is in Chicago. The Wallabies are in the Windy City to train for the September 5 USA v Australia game, and build toward the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

Some players ran out to a park recently and worked with some kids. Here is the video report (refresh if you don't see the video at first).

The Pacific Nations Cup games set for Avaya Stadium in San Jose Saturday will be shown live on ESPN3, online.

Canada kicks off against Japan at 8pm ET, 5pm PT, and then the USA takes on Samoa at 10pm ET, 7pm PT.

So you can't please everyone. USA rugby star Todd Clever, who has been at the forefront of helping raise the notoriety of the game in the United States, was at the ESPYs Awards night last night (July 15).

Clever was there in part because he is in ESPN The Magazine's The Body Issue, wearing a rugby ball and little else.

Salt Lake City, Utah (Rugby Utah Release)  — The next building block of recently founded Rugby Utah fell into place today when Rugby Utah announced the formation of its elite Men’s Olympic Development Academy (ODA) 7s team. The announcement was made on the heels of Rugby Utah’s recent inaugural and highly successful National Talent Combine held in conjunction with USA Rugby.

Many of the players on the USA Rugby South team playing in the NACRA U19 15s remember last year.

In the 2014 tournament, a 15-10 loss to Mexico in the semis relegated the Panthers to the 3rd/4th game, where they won 32-10. That was a nice ending, but that loss in the semis stuck with them.
