The USA Women's World Cup squad was unveiled at a swanky event in downtown Washington DC Thursday night.
The Golden Gala brought well-known rugby personalities and some well-heeled rugby-lovers together to have a bit of a celebration of USA Rugby's 50th Anniversary, and announce the World Cup team.

The expectation for the USA U19s was to win the RAN U19 Championship, but expecting it and getting it done are two different things.
The LA 2028 Olympic Games have announced the dates for the different competitions.
Rugby 7s will be held July 12-18. The first tournament will be held at Dignity Health Sports Park July 12 and 13 for pool play, and then July 15 for the final matches, when the medals will be awarded.

The US Rugby Foundation is partnering with the US Soccer Foundation to unveil a coach mentoring program.
The US Soccer Foundation already operates a program to train coaches to serve as mentors for other coaches. This isn't about teaching the Xs and Os of any sport, and more about how to help and interact with young athletes.
