Arkansas State, ranked #8 in the CRAA D1A Power Rankings and #9 by GRR defeated Lindenwood (ranked #2 by both rankings) 13-7 on a wild, windy day at Curt Huckaby Field in Jonesboro, Ark.
This was a low-scoring match and both teams defended their line through the game as it was a nailbiter with two minutes left. The urgency to halt scoring chances was high energy throughout.

With D1AA action heating up this winter and the CRAA D1AA playoffs looming, here's a look at some big performances over the last couple of weeks.
Hubert King, RiceRice’s strong scrum and their attack centers, in part, on King at prop as he gets them going forward and led from the front in Rice’s win over Dallas.

Meanwhile, new teams St. Thomas and American River make moves. San Jose State isn't a new team, but they are making a move too. their win over Chico State was a good one.
Rice capped off an 8-0 season with a fairly solid 33-10 victory over University of Dallas Saturday.
The Owls take the #1 seed into the Lonestar DIAA playoffs, and a win in the semifinals will book this quickly-improving side into the CRAA DIAA regionals, joining the other Lonestar finalists, Iowa State, and Kansas in the East.
