National Collegiate Rugby (NCR) will bring back the nation's largest collegiate All-Star events back to Texas this coming January.
Held over consecutive weekends, the men's and women's tournaments will be held in Houston and Austin, respectively.
This ranking is full of good teams.
Sometimes in some divisions, especially when we are ranking only teams that are playing right now (as we are with this fall-only group), we have to really look carefully for rankable teams.
But this group is more about having to find teams to keep out. And we’re moving good programs down, even, sometimes, when they win.
We honestly would love to see some movement in the Top 10 but we don't because all of those teams did what was expected of them this past week.
