Our final rankings of the 2014-15 season, and the rankings pretty much speak for themselves.

UC Davis and UCF move together as they were close in the DIAA final, and we make the judgment that some of the DIA teams need to move past them.

The top four make it easy, as the common results among them leave no room for debate.

The St. Mary’s Gaels knew they had a job ahead of them in facing Life University in the DIA final Saturday, and while they led for much of the match, they never, really quite shook the Running Eagles.

In a thrilling and wild game at Kennesaw State University, the St. Mary’s Gaels defeated Life University 30-24 in the Men’s DIA College final Saturday.

The game was back and forth all day, and ended with Life right on the St. Mary’s tryline, but the Gaels managed to escape and win it.

The UC Davis Aggies are the Men’s DIAA college champions after defeating Central Florida in a hard slog of a final 18-15 at Kennesaw State University’s Fifth Third Bank Stadium Saturday.

The Aggies had to come back from a 15-3 halftime deficit to do it, but eventually worse down a UCF team used to putting away their opposition early.

Thought for the day - of the four teams that made the top men's college finals (Varsity Cup and DIA), there are eight starters in the halfback combo - four scrumhalves and four flyhalves; of those, only two were born in the USA.

Life's #9 and #10 were both born in Northern Ireland.

Cal's halfbacks are from Hong Kong.
