Bowling Green may have won the MAC playoffs last year, but they still remember being beaten by Western Michigan in the regular season.
That game was in the backs of the minds of the BGSU players this past weekend as the Falcons took on the Broncos in yet another meeting. Both teams were undefeated, of course, and so this game had plenty of meaning.

Two conference champions were crowned on Sunday in men's DI college rugby in dramatic fashion, as Syracuse won the Empire and Bowling Green won the MAC in games that went down to the wire.
Western Michigan should be delighted with the Broncos’ 33-26 upset of Bowling Green, and they are, but the Mid-American Conference team also knows it’s a long season.
