LAFAYETTE, CO. - James English -- Rugby United New York's newly-named General Manager -- has been appointed as Head Coach of the Women's Junior All-Americans (U20s), USA Rugby confirmed today.
USA Rugby Board Chairman, Will Chang and Vice Chairman Rob King, both announced their stepping down from the leadership group effective today, Thursday, May 31st.
Both Directors, having been instrumental in bringing the Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018 to the US, informed current Board member, Barbara O’Brien of their resignation. O’Brien will now assume the role of Interim Chair.
FloSports has acquired The Rugby Channel, and will be showing all of the events that The Rugby Channel was showing, as well as FloRugby's current lineup of events.
The news comes on the heels of plenty of rumors, and financial struggled within Rugby International Marketing (USA Rugby's for-profit arm), which led to several changes at the top of RIM and the USA Rugby Board.

Young steps in as Dan Payne transitions into his new role and puts his focus solely on the Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018.
USA Rugby CEO Dan Payne is stepping down after the Rugby World Cup Sevens this July in San Francisco.
Payne told the USA Rugby Board of Directors in February, and employees were told this weekend and Monday.
