UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (Penn State Press Release) – Penn State has selected James Willocks as head coach of the men’s rugby program. He will begin his duties on February 1.
Penn State University Men's Rugby Head Coach Blake Burdette has left the program.
The circumstances under which Burdette has left the team have not been confirmed by more than one source on-the-record source. But Burdette is out and the University is looking for a replacement.
Goff Rugby Report has named Chris Burian as the DIA MVP Forward for the Fall of 2016.
The Rugby East Conference has named its all-conference list.
Heading up the awards is Penn State loose forward Chris Burian, who was named the conference MVP. Rob Irimescu (Penn State) got forward of the year, and Mike Scarcella (Iona) back of the Year.
