Let's start with the new #1 Cal. The Bears open their annual two-game series with the University of British Columbia.

This weekend’s Game of the Week on FTF and Eleven Sports is Cal at Arizona, and could possibly be billed as the PAC Rugby Conference decider.
With Cal having already defeated UCLA, and favored against Utah (who they play in a month), a win over Arizona probably sews up the conference.

Jack Springer, North TexasThe powerful UNT lock thundered through for UNT’s opening try and set the physical tone with several big carries and clearouts in his team’s 31-19 defeat of Baylor.
Cal rode a strong second half to beat UCLA in the PAC Rugby Conference opener, and the Golden Bears followed that up with a defeat of NSCRO team Cal Maritime.
UCLA battled and held Cal to a 12-0 lead at halftime, before the Bears opened up to win 59-7.
