Xavier University Men's Rugby Seeks New Head Coach
Xavier University based in Cincinnati, Ohio is searching for a new Head Coach of their men's rugby program.
With the stepping down of nine-year Head Coach Quinn Dutton, the Musketeers is looking for a coach for their robust D3 program.
Xavier has already invested in a Premium Membership in Next Phase Rugby, and that has helped them build their roster to 34 players.
Among the top-ranked D3 teams (as ranked by NCR), Xavier Rugby recently celebrated their 50th Anniversary. That celebration kicked off the formation of the Xavier Rugby Endowment Fund which has already rasied half a million dollars. There is also a separate scholarship fund for existing Xavier rugby players.
The Head Coach position is a part-time position but offers a stipend.
All candidates are asked to forward their resume to JD Donlin at Jamesd2455@aol.com. A selection committee will screen candidates and will interview top candidates.
The successful candidate would have to become a contractor for the university and must undergo a background check.
