The Middlebury College men's rugby program is looking for a new Head Coach.

This is a paid position, with the successful candidate being employed by the college. The salary is approximately $1,200 per two-week pay period.

The Middlebury College Rugby Club (MCRC) competes in USA Rugby's DIAA East Coast Rugby Conference (ECRC) against the likes of Boston College, University of Massachusetts, University of Connecticut, American International College, Northeastern University, Fairfield University, University of Albany, and New England College.

The MCRC has a strong reputation for high-level, competitive rugby, having won the ECRC in 2012 and 2013, and getting to the ACRC semis in 2013. Middlebury has also won the USA Rugby DII national title twice, in 2007 and 2009. Several MCRC players have been named All-American, and the team is a consistent participant in national playoffs in both 15s and 7s.
