One of the aspects of playing with major select and touring teams is how you don't have to work so hard.

That's right, you heard us, not so hard. Players on the Eagle Impact Rugby Academy (EIRA) tour of Chile have learned that the overall quality of their teammates can make things a bit easier.

Touring Challenges for EIRA in Chile

Eagle Impact Rugby Academy U18 boys are in the middle of a tour of Chile, with a massive test of their skill coming up on Tuesday.

The tour includes 43 players from 21 states and 28 different high school teams are on the tour, which saw one group within the squad beat Sporting Rugby y Hockey of Vila del Mar 39-20, while the other part of the squad lost to Old Mackeys 36-20.

Midwest Thunderbirds Flying on Day One

Mount St. Mary's is hosting a tournament of academy teams and Day One on Friday belonged to the Midwest Thunderbirds.

The U16s won well over the Ohio Aviators and Atlantis.

Rugby CT, MetNY Select Sides Meet Up

The Connecticut Whalers and Met New York All-Stars met up over the weekend, with the Whalers coming away with a couple of convincing victories.

The Whalers defeated the MetNY side 78-0 in the 1st-15 game.
