BUENOS AIRES, Argentina - Rugby athlete Alex Cleary (Ferndale, Washington) was selected as Team USA's flag bearer for the Opening Ceremony of the Summer Youth Olympic Games Buenos Aires 2018, which runs from Oct. 6-18 in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the United States Olympic Committee announced today.
The USA Rugby Men's Junior All-Americans defeated the Canada U20s 40-22 Saturday at Rice University in the 2nd game of a two-game Junior World Rugby Trophy qualifier, but Canada has qualified on aggregate 82-62.
HOUSTON, TX. - The Men's Junior All-Americans will face Canada's U20sat Texas A&M's PenberthyPlaying Field on June 12th and Rice University's Rugby Field on June 16thin their two match World Rugby Trophy Qualification Series. Taking place at 7 PM and 3:30 PM, respectively, admission to both matches will be free of charge.

LAFAYETTE, CO. - Men's Junior All-American (U20s) Head Coach Scott Bracken and his staff announce a 26 man roster that will compete in the two game World Rugby Trophy qualification series against Canada's U20s next month.
After the recent article on FloRugby about how Salty Thompson got an award, but maybe won't have as much to do with the HS All Americans going forward (in part because the HSAA team will be less active), we wanted to look at players who have gone through the Thompson system and have been capped by the USA.
With the Girls HS All Americans on their way to the European U18 7s championships this coming weekend in France, we we wanted to look at where we are as an age-grade program overall.
