URI Women Seek Head Coach

The University of Rhode Island is looking for a new Head Coach for their Women's Rugby program.

The URI Women’s Rugby team, is a highly dedicated and competitive club team that is looking for an experienced coach for Fall 2016 season and beyond. The URI Women’s Rugby team was established by the students at URI and through their dedication and leadership we have moved up to Division I after winning the Beast of the East Division II in 2012.

The successful candidate must b Be able to coach during the Fall and Spring seasons. The season starts September 7.

The coach is responsible for setting and conducting all practices. The team practices three days a week, with captains' fitness twice a week. The coach must be available for games on the weekends.

The team's Executive Board and captains, along with the coach, work together to organize both on the field and off the field.
