Temple University got by some well-regarded teams to win the Keystone 7s Series' 2nd round Saturday at Temple's own campus.
The Owls won Pool B with wins over West Chester (42-0), and Villanova (33-7). Other pool winners were James Madison in Pool A, St. Joe's in Pool C, and WVU in Pool D. WVU upset JMU 22-12 in the semis, while Temple dropped St. Joe's 26-19. That set up the final, which Temple won 19-14.
JMU won 3rd 40-7 over St. Joseph's.
