Super Rugby Americas has unveiled its schedule for 2024.

The professional, mostly South American, league will kick off February 16 and culminate with the championship game on June 14.

The Super Rugby Americas teams include the American Raptors, which is based out of Glendale, Colo. and fields a mostly (but not exclusively) USA lineup. The other teams are: Dogos (Argentina), Cobras (Brazil), Peñarol (Uruguay), Yacare (Paraguay), Pampas (Argentina), and Selknam (Chile).

Last year was the first season a North American team competed. The Raptors competed well but struggled to get wins. They opened the season with a seven-game losing streak, but did beat Selknam and Cobras in the second half of the season. Three of their final five losses were within a try and another was by eight points.

The Raptors ended up 2-9 and 6th out of seven teams.

Peñarol has won the championship the last two years.

For this coming season, the Raptors open February 16 against the Dogos.
