Strake Jesuit landed a solid result in Texas with a 26-5 defeat of Cy Fair.

Senior Inside center Jake Foster scored three tries in the game and senior flyhalf Marc Arsham had an excellent game kicking for touch, getting his side on the front foot, and kicking from the tee (3-for-4 on conversions).

Junior tighthead Michael Ukona was solid on attack and on defense and played the full 70 minutes. Junior flanker Mike Melton also performed well and scored Strake's other try as the team saw 11 players get their first Varsity time.

Several of the school teams in Texas are also in a school-team competition that involves teams from Texas and Louisiana. While this game wasn't one of those, Dallas Jesuit's 34-17 win over Allen was, and so was the New Orleans Jesuit 49-7 win over St. Paul.

As a result of those two games, Dallas Jesuit is now 1-1 among those school teams, Allen now 0-3, St. Paul 0-1, and Jesuit NOLA 3-0.

"The notion that St. Paul is depleted or weak is a myth," said Jesuit Head Coach Adam Massey. "They are the toughest team we've seen so far."

St. Paul is just getting started, and have size and power.
